Data Center Technician Training Course Syllabus
This Data Center Technician Training Course is a 4-week intensive program designed to prepare entry- and mid-level technicians for hands-on data center operations. Participants will develop practical skills in server hardware installation, break-fix troubleshooting, networking, facility operations, incident response, change management, and technical documentation. The course combines classroom instruction, hands-on lab exercises, and scenario-based incident response practice to prepare participants for working safely and effectively in live 24/7 data center environments.
